Return and Exchange Policy

  • You may request a return or exchange within 5 days after receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and packed in their original packaging.
  • Products that are worn, damaged, or not returned in original condition will not be accepted and may be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • Sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only granted in cases of manufacturing defects or technical faults.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Guidelines

  • Before sending an item back, kindly check stock availability of your desired replacement on our website.
  • Once your exchange item is received and processed, you’ll be notified and the replacement will be shipped promptly.

Processing Time

  • After we receive your return or exchange, kindly allow 3–4 working days for the request to be processed.

Important Notes

  • Pleas e choose sizes carefully as sizing preferences vary and used items cannot be returned.
  • Requests made after 10 days of delivery or that don’t follow the policy will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
